  • Food for thought
Fuerteventura also produces its own cheese made from goats’ milk called majorero – simply delicious! Try puchero, a thick Canarian stew, and papas arrugadas, small, salted potatoes cooked in their skins and dipped in mojo, a sauce of parsley or red peppers mixed with oil and garlic.  The majority of the shops, bars and restaurants are along the main street which leads right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the opposite side of town and the sand dunes.New DevelopmentRyanair has just commenced flying three times a week from Dublin to

Fuerteventura, a scheduled service that is proving very popular to both visitors and residents alike.
